Software & hardware engineering

Engineering for
things that move.

Logixmotion is an engineering studio working where hardware meets software. We read motion straight from the sensor - a gyroscope inside a smart pen, a fleet of assets on a live map - and turn it into products people can rely on.

Selected work

Two projects we can show.
Quietly.

Client names withheld - NDA

Project 01 - Exhibit Gyro → stroke
Stroke reconstructed from sampled motion

Project 01 · Smart pen

A pen that knows what the hand is doing

A hardware client came to us with a pen and a question: can its gyroscope and other sensors tell us what's being written? We built the answer - reading the sensors at the source and running the motion through a custom AI pipeline that turns raw angular movement into clean, usable stroke data.

Project 02 - Working demo Click map to dispatch
Miniature of the real thing - live position, heading, status

Project 02 · Asset tracking

Every asset on one live map

For a client we designed and built a comprehensive tracking interface: assets live on the map with position, heading and status readable at control-room distance. The miniature here is a taste - click anywhere on it and the unit computes its heading and goes.

Capabilities

From the sensor to the screen

One team, both ends

Embedded systems

Hardware that's honest

Firmware, sensor integration and the unglamorous low-level code that keeps devices behaving the same on the thousandth run as the first.

// C++ · Arduino · Raspberry Pi · Python

Maps & GIS

Spatial data, readable at a glance

Live tracking interfaces, custom tile layers, geolocation and spatial visualisation - maps built to be operated, not just looked at.

// Leaflet · MapLibre · Custom tiles

Software development

Backends that stay up

Full-stack web applications, Python automation and robust, scalable architecture - deployed and maintained in containers, not in slides.

// Node.js · React · Docker · AWS

UI & interaction design

Interfaces for bad days

Clear, fast, unambiguous interfaces an operator can run under pressure. We design from wireframe to working screen - then we build it ourselves.

// Design systems · Prototyping

Studio

Independent · Hardware ↔ software

Measure first. Then build. A small studio's habit that survives contact with production.

Logixmotion works across the whole stack of a moving product - the sensor, the firmware, the data pipeline and the interface - so nothing gets lost in a hand-off. We like sensors, maps and systems that behave, and we'd rather show you a working prototype than a slide about one.

Tell us what moves.

A few lines about the project is plenty - what it is, what it needs to do, and where it currently hurts. We read everything that comes through this form.
